Details & Features:

1. One assessment call within next 48 hours, once enrolled for a package.
2. Detailed diet consultation call + detailed tailormade diet plan on the app within 24 hours of the assessment call.
3. Weekly menu plan + exercise plan.
4. Periodic follow-up calls till end of the package. Weekly follow-up calls.
5. Diet Tracker.
6. Exercise tracker (Google Fit, MI Band & FitBit integration.)
7. Recipe guidance.    

Terms & conditions:

1. Appointments are valid only after the payment is received. 
2. It is client’s responsibility to book an appointment in the app in advance.
3. Once enrolled for a package, a client must book first appointment within 48 hours of making a payment. 
4. Package validity starts from the day we have our first call of the package (assessment call).  
5. In case of onetime consultation, client must provide all the details in the questionnaire provided, 24 hours before the consultation call as the diet chart will be designed based on the inputs you provide. After a call, no changes will be made in the plan shared. 
6.  Once enrolled for a package, cancellation of a package is not possible.
